Led by Jim Lally, 4 time Golden Glove Winner, FFC trains boxing 3 times per week. We offer a reduced. Boxing Only membership for those interested in stand up training only.

Most recently, Jim trained FFC’s Julie Cervone to take home the title of New England Golden Glove Winner in January 2009.

Boxing, also referred to as prizefighting, the noble art, the sweet science, the dealing of a rib-tickler and pugilism is a combat sport in which two participants of similar weight fight each other with their fists in a series of one to three-minute intervals called rounds.

Fenix Fight Club welcomes 3-time Golden Glove Winner Jim Lally to its team.

Jim is a great addition to our club and we are happy to have him on board.

In addition to his Golden Glove titles, Jim has trained in Olympic Training Centers in Colorado and New York.

He teaches Intermediate and Advanced Boxing
